We are a premier martial arts academy.  Our instructors are the highest quality instructors in the East Metro Atlanta area.  Our classes focus on striking, grappling, self-defense, and conditioning. Whether your goals center around self-defense, weight-loss, self-confidence, or recreation, our instructors will teach you the skills that will lead you to your most worthy goals.  We are a Black Belt school and we gear our classes to produce black belts who know who they are and what it takes to achieve difficult goals.
